Europesnu is a one-subject publication. It explains how a parcel gets from a warehouse in one European country to a front door in another, in language that does not assume the reader works in logistics. The publisher is a company based in Grindsted, in the west of Denmark.
The questions we hear most often are not about what is in a box. They are about where the box is. Why did it travel north when the address is south? Why has the page said the same thing since Friday? Who do I contact when it does not turn up? The answers are the same for nearly every network on the continent, and they are rarely written down in one place.
The guide covers cut-off times, shipping labels, hubs and sorting centres, tracking statuses, customs borders, transit times, delivery options, address formats, damage and loss, and the right of withdrawal.
It is general information and not legal advice. For a dispute about a particular parcel, the seller's own terms and the consumer authority in your country are the places to turn.
The guide is written for adults aged 18 and over. The age confirmation at the top of the home page leads to a separate website, which has its own terms and its own privacy policy.
