Corrections and questions about the guide

The quickest way to reach the editor is by email. We read everything and aim to answer within three working days.

What to write to us about

• Corrections. If a passage in the guide is wrong or out of date, tell us which section and, if possible, point us to a source.
• Additions. If your country writes addresses or handles deliveries in a way the guide does not cover, we would like to hear about it.
• Privacy requests. Requests about personal data are described in the privacy policy and go to the same address.

What we are not able to help with

This site takes no orders and holds no order records, so the editor has no way of tracing a parcel, changing a delivery or handling a return. For anything about a specific order, please contact the seller you ordered from. Their details are on your order confirmation.

We also do not give advice on individual disputes. The national consumer authority in your country, or the European Consumer Centre network for cross-border cases, is the right place for that.
